After exploring Clayton Homes via Google Earth and Maps, I’ve pinpointed the location of these photos to the present-day location below. The brick building behind the children was still standing until the community was razed in July of 2023.
The buildings may look a bit different today, but that is because they received a slight facelift sometime after the photos were taken. If you look at the windows and general structure, it becomes evident that the buildings are indeed the same.

The boys were standing in between where the 45 ramp is today and the fence visible in the photos below.
